No discrimination against women

They must attend school, are allowed to further educate themselves, to work and they can choose their own style of clothing. It is strictly prohibited to physically assault or to threaten other people. Psychological pressure and stinging insults are also a form of violence and are inacceptable. The police can expel violent persons from their accommodation and disallow them to return for a given time.

Children’s rights

Children have special rights. In public or private matters concerning children, the child’s well-being is most important. A non-violent education is legally established. Sexual abuse and physical penalty, as well as, the infliction of emotional distress are prohibited. Children have the right to be in contact with both parents. Children’s opinions must also be considered.
